Christmas Set Up Extravaganza!

It has finally arrived:  Our Party Month!

Here's what's happening:
My parents are coming.
The kids are having their birthday party.
Aunt Catherine is coming.
Matt has a week off for vacation.
Matt and I have our 7th (holy crap!) anniversary.
Remi turns 6.
Corr turns 4.
Christmas.
Matt takes his board exams (lame).

SO, Corr and I got the party started on Friday while Remi was at school...

Getting ready to go pick out our tree.

FOUND IT.

Corr,  so hot right now.

Corr took this picture.
See how the tree is crooked?
SOMEONE (Corr) was supposed to hold it up STRAIGHT while I was putting it in the tree stand.
Even though the tress was much bigger than him, there's no excuse for crooked tree holding.

Remi finally got home from school, so we busted out the Christmas box!
Matt was really into participating in the family tradition.....

They did the whole tree themselves....
With me yelling at them to not put the same colors next to each other and to spread out the ornaments.

They were really into it.
Corr kept yelling, "OH YEAH BABY" every time his ornament stayed on.

Remi, looking as mischievous as The Elf on the Shelf.
Corr named our elf, "Flower".
Really Corr???  Flower???

Getting all bundled up for the holiday parade.
Corr refuses to wear socks unless they are Remi's.  Which is why they have rainbow hearts on them.
He also refuses to look normal in a picture.

Whenever he likes his food (which is always) he does a food victory dance.
Here he is in the middle of it.

Remi showing Flat Stanley, for cousin's Everett's class, around town.

These are like their warmest clothes, and winter hasn't even started yet.
We are going to die.
Turn into Dickson Popsicles.
You will probably find us huddled together frozen in our tears by the end of winter.

A REAL REINDEER!
I didn't even know they were real.
If Santa was smart, he would use llamas.

Checking to see if the parade was coming.

The Abominable Snow Corr.

He's Hungry.

Flat Stanley made it! Yay! Can't wait to hear about it. Love the tree- ours isn't up yet. I got everything else up and Christmas-y but not that.
